The picturesque apartment is part of the historic alum factory. It is located directly adjacent to hiking trails, the geological garden and the beautiful pebble beach (bathrobe distance). Take a refreshing dip or enjoy the adorable and well-known sunset. It offers fantastic opportunities for both rest and adventure. Most welcome! The space You will find the entrance in the middle of the front of the house. The spacious apartment has two floors. It is just over 90 sqm and has three bedrooms, one of which is a combined living room. Kitchen with dishwasher and toilet/shower and washing machine. The spacious apartment has two floors. One room with a double bed and a sofa bed for two. A room with two single beds. On the upper floor, there is a hall with a small desk. A spacious toilet with shower and washing machine. The kitchen with dining area is also located on this floor. The upper floor has windows facing the sea. The bedroom on the upper floor also has a sofa and TV. The apartment is ideal for a larger group of friends or the extended family. The apartment is in a house from the early 1800s, and there are a total of 5 apartments. All apartments have windows facing the sea and the front of the house. The house is charming with many details still present. Some apartments have a tiled stove, and some have a wood-burning stove. Please note that these cannot be used. The old house has quirks such as creaking beams, stairs and can be experienced responsive. This is part of the soul of the house:-) The other apartments in the house are called Tussilago, Solvända, Ölandstok and Våradonis. Guest access There are several places with outdoor furniture around the house. You are free to use the place you want for the day. If you want to sit in the sun, you do it or if you want to sit in the shade, you do it. You get along with your neighbors in the house. There is room for everyone. The sea is just behind the house. So bring a blanket and sit down on the grass or the beach to watch the sunset or the sea. If the sea is calm one day, you may be lucky enough to see a seal peeking up. There is a possibility to borrow a barbecue. However, be sure to put out the fire after you and take responsibility for keeping the area around the grill clean. Other things to note You park your car at the designated spaces. There is also the possibility to park along parts of Alunbruksgatan. Please note that you cannot park right by the house, as we aim to keep the area car-free for everyone's peace and quiet. Please remember to bring your own sheets and towels. Cleaning fee applies. Before you leave the apartment, please 1) empty the refrigerator and freezer 2) take care of the trash 3) take care of the dishes and run the last dishwasher cycle 4) brush out the trash from the beds and make them.
