Featuring 2 bedrooms—a master and a kids' room with bunk beds—plus a pull-out couch in the living room, a crib, and a playpen, there's room for everyone. The kitchen has everything you need, including a kettle, Keurig, air fryer, and microwave. Kids will love the play spaces in the bedroom, living room, and basement gaming area with a smart TV, PS4, and games. Relax in the living room with another smart TV, or enjoy bath time with our fun Dino toys. Outside, the spacious backyard offers a BBQ, dining space, and a cozy chill area under the pergola. Parking is easy with spots right out front, beside the entrance, or behind the house. Stay comfortable with AC and convenient smart lock access. Guest access Guests have full access to all rooms throughout the house. For your safety, we ask that the mechanical room and the locked storage closets in the basement remain off-limits. The house is easy to navigate with just one small step at either the front or back entrance—perfect for young children or guests with limited mobility. Parents, please note: while the upper bunk bed is available, it’s up to your discretion whether it’s safe for your child. The basement, featuring a gaming area, is not recommended for smaller kids due to a steeper staircase, but for added safety we’ve installed a handrail and anti-slip adhesives. We've also made efforts to baby-proof the home, including two baby gates (by the kitchen and basement stairs), child-safe locks on the under-sink cabinet, and soft corner protectors on the kitchen counters.
