Room in house with garden

In the room you have a bed, closet and desk. You share the bathroom with me, my son and possibly other guests. Included in the price are coffee or tea in the morning. You can also share the kitchen, washing machine and garden. Free parking is right outside the front door. The space Our house is located on a quiet street. Your room is on the 1st floor and you have a bed there (1-2 single beds, depending on the number of guests). It is located right next to the bathroom with toilet. A work desk and closet are available in the room. (The printer can be used, but is located in my office) On the first floor there is an entrance, another toilet, the kitchen and dining area as well as the garden. The laundry room is in the basement. Distances by car: Highway: 2 minutes (1 km) City of Basel: 5-15 min (3-10 km) Basel EuroAirport: 15 minutes (11 km) Basel St. Jakob: 3 minutes (2.5 km) Distances on foot: Train station: 10 min Tram station (line 14*): 5 minutes FHNW: 10 min Village: 5 minutes *Tram line 14 runs from Pratteln through Muttenz to Basel St. Jakob, city center to the fair and back. I work part-time and my son is in kindergarten. That's why we're not always at home. But I am always available by phone. Other things to note There are two of us living here. Me (37) and my son (5). If you don't have children, you need to know: Absolute peace and quiet CANNOT be expected here. In our house we live, play and laugh. However, in the evening from about 8:00 pm ;-) In the morning we get up at 7:00-8:00 am.
