Approximately 15 minutes from area colleges and any event happening in Rochester! Features private entrance and a dedicated parking space. Kitchen is fully equipped to whip up a meal or outside your door is a deck with a grill, as well as a cozy sitting area and firepit to enjoy the fenced yard. Two, therapy trained miniature Goldendoodles dogs live on the property.
