Welcome to the ‘Alby Guesthouse’. This fully furnished cosy haven offers you a well equipped kitchen, queen bed, spacious bathroom, private back yard, complimentary wifi. Very conveniently located to Fremantle, only a short drive to the centre, hospitals, cafes, restaurants, art galleries, weekend markets, bars, supermarkets, lovely beaches, etc. Dog park & cafes within walking distance. A secure living space with warmth and style, just perfect for a getaway or long term stay. The space The front door of the Alby opens up onto the lounge room where there is a lovely high ceiling that spans through to the kitchen giving a feeling of surprising space. Offering free wifi with Netflix,YouTube, 7+,9NOW,10,ABC Iview and SBS. Just beyond the kitchen there is a short hallway that takes you to the generous bathroom and then onto the bedroom which is at the end of the house. Walls are adorned throughout with original art from the host and her father Alby, who the guesthouse is named after, designed by and also helped build. Rugs and cushions also make it feel cosy and homey. The bedroom and the kitchen have sliding doors that open up onto a fully enclosed, lush, private backyard where undercover there is a lounge to relax and read or a table and chairs to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. This guesthouse has a beautiful feeling when entering. It’s been thoughtfully designed and styled with love and is made to be lived in and enjoyed. Guest access Guests will enter from the street, through the open carport and down a little path on the right side of the main house. There is only one small step onto the front porch and a small step into the backyard from the kitchen or bedroom. You have access to the entire guesthouse and also the private, fully enclosed backyard which sliding doors in the kitchen and bedroom open up onto. Other things to note The whole house has a water filtration system that prevents heavy metals, chlorine and other nasties from coming through all taps and shower heads.
