Quiet house

Come and enjoy our house, which offers a pleasant setting for holidays with family or friends. It is 5-10 minutes by bike from the city center of Châteaugiron, a small city of character, which offers all the comforts you need. The space The accommodation is our living space that we make available when we are away. There are 3 bedrooms available, one on the ground floor with a sofa bed that has its own shower room, two bedrooms with a double bed each (one 160 cm and the other 140 cm) upstairs. There is also a bathroom upstairs. I can provide a travel cot if needed. We have a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. We have tables and chairs available for the outdoors as well as a barbecue for beautiful sunny days. We can provide sheets for an additional €10 per room per stay. Guest access We have a key box with a code. We will send you the code before you check in. You can park two vehicles in our parking lot and there is an easily accessible parking lot 50 m from the house. Other things to note We have a cat in the house. She is quite old and enjoys being inside, but you will have to take her out at night and feed her in your presence. Thank you for her :-)
