The space Our apartment is an 80 square meters unit which includes: • 1 big living room with TV, sofa, unlimited high-speed WiFi • 1 kitchen: with cooking utensils and few basic kitchenware, fridge, microwave, water boiler, rice cooker... you will have free drinking water, coffee and pastries available in the apartment. • 2 bedrooms : Queen sized bed (160cm x 200cm and 180cm x 200cm ) with high quality mattress fitted with blankets, pillows. ---Closet, hangers. • 2 bathrooms / 2 WC: fully - equipped with shampoo, shower gel, bath towels, quality facial towels, basic toiletries. ---hair dryer, iron, iron board. • balcony : cool green level view • Laundry room: fully stocked with washing machine and detergent. Guest access The whole apartment is all for you. But don't bring unbooked people home without asking me first. I have to let the department know reception. You will have the key (Access Card) to access the elevator, the apartment and can check in by yourself at any time. CHECK-IN: after 2:00 PM CHECK-OUT: before 11:00 Flexible check-in/check-out time subject to calendar availability. Please don't hesitate to let us know in advance. 2. ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT. According to local laws, we have to register our Airbnb guests with the building management and local government. The host and the building management have the right to refuse unregistered guests at any time, no questions are asked. STRICTLY NO OVERNIGHT VISITORS. 3. Guest that is not prior approved will be an additional cost. Please inform me before bringing more people. By law i do need to receive a copy of the passport or ID of all the people that will stay in the apartment. This is for safety reasons. You will be responsible for anything that gets damaged, even though it happened because of someone you invited. 4. NO SMOKING and NO PARTIES! 5.
