My place is super clean and located just minutes away from major corporations such as Oracle, Thunder Valley Casino, Hewlett Packard, MicroSemi and are within 25 minutes to Beale AFB . You can enjoy many local attractions such as Top Golf, the California State Capitol, Galleria Mall. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the location, the ambiance, and our yard!. Our Roseville place gives you more than a place to stay when you are away from home; we give you a place to live! The space Enjoy a comfortable, quiet room with many beautiful view shutters (windows), a big closet for your belongings, WiFi, a working desk with chair and a queen -size bed. The shared full bathroom is right across the hall. The room is upstairs, so you'll definitely enjoy quiet nights. Guest access You'll have access to your room, the shared guest bath, the living area is on the first floor of the house, the kitchen, dining room and family room. During your stay I would love to talk and treat our guests like a family members if need be. Other things to note NUMBER OF GUESTS This room sleeps 2 in its queen-sized (also known as a double bed). Maximum occupancy therefore is 2. All guests must be registered or approved by me beforehand. No visitors who are not registered as guests or who have not been discussed with me beforehand may stay at my home. I do have my kids room while they are in colleges.
