This property is new to the vacation rental market for the 2024 summer season. Bring your foursome (or eightsome) and enjoy this peaceful home in the woods. There are four golf courses within five minutes of the house and a fifth in the nearby town of Afton. If golf isn't your thing don't worry. Abundant hiking, fishing, lazy river floats, and much more grace this neighborhood and world famous Jackson Hole is only a one-hour drive to the north through the scenic Snake River Canyon. The space The house includes a large open kitchen, two living room spaces, two full baths, primary bedroom (en-suite) with king size bed, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, and a queen size sleeper couch in the secondary living room. An additional mattress is provided for extra comfort on the sleeper sofa. (1600 sq ft - see floorplan in photos) Televisions are equipped with Roku devices that have "guest mode" so bring your logon information to any streaming subscription services you have (Hulu, Disney. etc.) so that you can enjoy the same entertainment options you have at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes & utensils and is perfect for getting the whole group together. The partially covered deck with BBQ grill has plenty of comfy seating for outdoor dining. Guest access Self check in with lockbox key. Additional keys provided. You will find an "answer book" in the kitchen. I request that guests read the three pages of answers and instructions as soon as they arrive to help them settle in smoothly & comfortably. The entry to the unit is situated two steps up from the guest parking area via the deck. *The lower level of the building has a separate entrance and is reserved for the private use of the property owner. (Owner may be on site depending on guest stay dates.)
