This is a rare opportunity! Situated just 0.8 miles from the beach, our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house exudes quality living with upscale amenities such as a Vitamix blender, Dyson blow-dryer, Ugg & Barefoot Dreams throw blankets, and more. Our fruit trees bear the most fruit in July! Enjoy, peaches, plums, strawberries and more straight from the garden. Through the property is on a busy road, it is surrounded by hedges, providing noise reduction, privacy, and a park-life setting. One of the bedrooms is the office that has a murphy bed. The murphy bed has a regular mattress like any bed would have- this is not the equivalent of a sofa bed. The comfort level is that of a regular bed. Parking: There is one private parking spot in the alley behind the house. Street parking is free. Laundry: Full-size Samsung washer and dryer inside a laundry room within the house. Soda water on Tap!: Dispense soda water straight from the sink with our Grohe Blue system. After experiencing unlimited soda waiter and ice cold filtered water, you'll want to install one back at your house! Other things to note We are only renting the house for the entire month of July (Minimum of 31 nights).
