Beautiful wooden house

My house is a stone's throw from the village of Ploumanac'h, voted the favorite village of the French in 2015, and considered the jewel of the Pink Granite coast. The beaches of Saint-Guirec in Ploumanac'h and Trestraou in Perros-Guirec are 6 minutes away by car. The sandy beaches of Trégastel are 10 minutes away by car. We are a 5-minute drive from the Super U in Trégastel and an excellent market garden called L'Atelier Fermier. A market is held every Monday in Trégastel and on Saturdays in La Clarté. The space Our house is nestled in a green setting, in the heart of the Traouiero Valley, a vast green forest that ends at the sea. We are outside the tourist areas while being very close to beaches and shops. The environment is therefore exceptionally quiet. The house is built of wood and on stilts. It has on the ground floor a large fully equipped kitchen (I give pastry lessons there when I live there), a dining room and a living room equipped with a piano whose large bay windows overlook the forest. On the same floor, in the sleeping area, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a shared Italian bathroom, a toilet, and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs is the master suite equipped with a queen size bed, a wardrobe room, a walk-in shower and a toilet. There is also a second living room on this floor with a large TV and sound bar and a library. A little extra for lovers of idleness: through a door overlooking the outside, you can access this floor to a terrace overlooking the forest, where there is an outdoor living room and a very relaxing egg chair. At the garden level, the house is protected along its entire length by a covered terrace of 80 m2, where a large farm table and a gas plancha are installed on the south side, bordering a large space planted with a lawn, roses and hydrangeas. Below this "traditional" garden there is, over more than 5,000 m2, an exotic garden composed of several dozen different species of bamboo, rhododendrons, and hydrangeas. At the heart of this labyrinth of greenery are three terraces, each at a different level. The highest of them is located in the southwest and houses a garden set topped with a giant parasol, where it is very pleasant to nap, read or have an aperitif. The house has two private parking spaces. It is equipped with Wi-Fi and unfortunately does not accept pets. Guest access The entire house is rented. The rental is for a minimum of 7 nights. Check-in is anytime after 3 p.m. on Saturday and check-out is at 10 a.m. on the following Sunday. I will be there when you arrive on Saturday for the key handover and the following Sunday when you leave.
