Modernes Tiny House in historischem Ambiente

Our tiny house is located on the enchanted grounds of the "Old Paper Mill" in Neu Kaliß, which is located directly on a side branch of the Elbe. A unique natural place to spend a few relaxing days away from the big city. The old brick buildings are home to peregrine falcons and kingfishers, and in the river you can paddle or swim. With some luck, you will be woken up in the morning by the sheep. The space The tiny house was completely rebuilt by hand within two years on the basis of an old construction trailer substructure, with the aim of creating a holiday home that is as sustainable as possible and at the same time comfortable, bright and friendly. The huge panoramic window with electric roller blind gives you the feeling of sleeping in the middle of nature at the same time and creates the necessary privacy and retreat if necessary. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, sink and oven and in the bathroom you will find not only a walk-in rain shower, but also an ecologically sensible dry separation toilet, which is also really odorless ;). In the living area, you can either fold out a table with two chairs from the wall or find time for a good book in the cozy armchair. In front of the tiny house there is a small elevated sun terrace next to the stairs, garden furniture for sitting outside and a fire bowl. On the premises about 100 m away is the Kontorhaus, among other things, in which two people live and various creative projects are currently being created. Guest access The tiny house, including a private sauna, is of course rented to you entirely. You can also explore the outdoor area of the old paper mill with all its enchanted corners. This includes the forecourt with the Cameroonian sheep, the large meadow behind the office building, which directly borders the river, and the green island, which can be reached via a ground-level bridge. The halls and buildings can currently only be entered with an escort.
