Tropical paradise facing the sea

The space Beach house in Brazilian colonial style at 50m from the beach with a nice sea view and barbecue grill. The house accommodates 7 people. Located between the beaches Siriúba and Viana, on the north side of the island. The house has three bedrooms: the first furnished with a double bed, the second with two single beds, and the third with two single beds and a sofa bed. Two bedrooms have wardrobes, and one has a dresser. The living and dining room are located in the same space; there is a large L-shaped masonry sofa in the living room and a round table with four chairs in the dining room. All the rooms are provided with ceiling fans. In the kitchen, there is a square table with three stools, a large wall cupboard with countertops, fridge, and stove. The kitchen is provided with kitchen tools and equipment. There are a large terrace and a barbecue grill in the outer area. The garage accommodates two cars. The house has two bathrooms and laundry area provided with a utility sink. Smart TV full HD LED 40'' . We provide towels and bed linens. Other things to note Pets are not allowed.
