We are delighted to welcome you to our country house, nestled in the exclusive El Acomodo Condominium in La Vega, Cundinamarca. Just 4 km from town and a short drive from Bogotá, Casa Linares offers breathtaking landscapes, a perfect climate, and top-tier amenities to ensure an unforgettable stay. Property Overview Rooms & Bathrooms Comfortable rooms with dedicated workspaces and high-speed internet. 4 private bathrooms + 1 guest bathroom. Important note about hot water: In the main house bathrooms, hot water is activated by turning the handle to the right. In the guest room bathroom (by the pool), hot water is activated by turning the handle to the left. Common Areas Spacious double living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Private wine cellar/bar and laundry room with dryer. Entertainment Smart TV & high-speed internet. Two DirecTV decoders, which can be used on any TV in the house. Outdoor Areas Swimming pool BBQ area, lush gardens, and direct access to the Tabacal River (guests are fully responsible for their safety; we are not liable for any accidents). Sports & Activities Badminton court (exclusive use for badminton only). Wi-Fi Networks For your convenience, we provide three Wi-Fi networks House Rules Toilets & Septic System Our property operates with septic tanks. Please DO NOT flush toilet paper or other objects down the toilets. Use the bins provided in each bathroom. Respect for Facilities We kindly ask that you treat all areas with care to maintain them in excellent condition for future guests. Pool & Wet Areas Glass containers and cups are strictly prohibited in these areas. We provide plasticware for your convenience. Gardens & Fruit Trees Our gardens and fruit trees (mangosteen, guava, and more) are an essential part of Casa Linares. Feel free to enjoy them, but please do not pick the fruits so all guests can appreciate their beauty. Waste Management Please sort and dispose of trash properly to avoid odors and pests and to support recycling and composting efforts. Use the designated bins for each type of waste. Glass Bathroom Doors Bathroom doors are made of tempered glass. Do not lean or hang on them to avoid accidents or damage. Hammocks Hammocks should be used responsibly and at your own risk. We are not liable for accidents. Pets Pets are welcome in outdoor areas, but they must always be supervised by their owners. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Any damage caused to the garden will be the guest's responsibility. House Décor The house décor is not just decorative—it’s art. Please handle with care. Ball games and any activity that may cause damage are prohibited. Guests will be charged for any damages. Respect for Staff Our housekeeping and kitchen staff are here to assist you. Please treat them with kindness and respect at all times. Noise & Quiet Hours After 10:00 PM, please keep music and noise at a moderate level to respect the serenity of the property.
