Description
Take it easy at this unique, off-grid, 1-BR eco-bungalow, with great sunset views and nestled into a forest with wildlife. The wild surroundings are an adventurous backdrop for the closed-in bedroom and open space kitchen & living area. A short yet steep hike down to the gorgeous and tranquil Aragón beach. A scooter or Quad (four wheeler) is recommended if you don’t come by car and plan to move lots to Mazunte or Zipolite. The space The cosy yet spacious single storey casita, has amazing sunset vistas onto the Pacific Ocean and Aragon hills, it comes with one closed-in king-bedroom, desk area and ceiling fan, open kitchen and living area, airy shower, reliable PV solar, dry compost toilet, emergency generator, wifi and a terraced garden. Aprox 55m2 / 600 sq.ft., ocean sunset view, safe and quiet area in a natural forrest (no dogs, no roosters). Like everywhere in the area, you will possibly encounter some wildlife and insects as well as a visiting cat and the friendly neighbor dog. We have two nearby neighbours and a few houses along the dirt road to the house, but the wider area is pretty untouched. Guest access You have access to the whole house and garden. Other things to note It’s off-grid, but reachable by car. It’s aprox a 20min walk to Zipolite for groceries, including some hills. We won’t recommend to rent a car specifically, but a quad (four wheeler) or scooter is probably easiest. You will likely encounter some wildlife such as spiders, scorpions and non-venomous snakes and the neighbour’s friendly dog. 75 GB of data included per month. Upgrades extra. We poured a lot of effort and love into building our place are looking for responsible guest that enjoy it as much as we do. Like anywhere in the Oaxaca coast you will likely have to deal with various insects and crawler, mostly harmless :)
