Conveniently located less than 10min. from SJU airport and close to everything. The space Welcome to our 16th-floor beachfront studio in Isla Verde, Puerto Rico! This spacious studio is designed for comfort, featuring a queen bed with plenty of room to relax. The complete kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessary kitchenware, a coffee maker, and dining essentials for your convenience. The bathroom is stocked with shower gel, shampoo+conditioner, towels, and a blow dryer. In the living area, you'll find a 65 inch smart TV and high-speed internet at 100 Mbps, perfect for streaming or working remotely. Step out onto the balcony and enjoy the cushioned seating with breathtaking views of both the city and the beach. The apartment complex offers a range of amenities, including a pool, basketball courts, a gym (for an extra $50 fee pp), a laundry room, and on-site security. Located just 10 minutes from the airport, our studio is within walking distance to excellent hotels & casino, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies. We appreciate your understanding of the local infrastructure while enjoying your stay on the island! Guest access - Washer/Dryer: Located in the ground floor and coin operated. - Beach Access: Enjoy beach access through the backyard from 6am to 7pm. A key fob is required to re-enter the building from the beach. For access after 7pm, use Tartak Street to reach the main entrance. Please note, guests or strangers are not permitted to enter the property via the beach gate; all visitors must go through security. - Pool: The pool is open from 6am to 9pm. Kindly refrain from bringing food and beverages poolside. Opt for the patio near the beach or garden tables for outdoor dining and drinks. Children must be accompanied by adults, and swim diapers are required for non-potty trained children. Please note, floaties are not permitted. - Gym: Accessible Monday to Friday from 6am to 11am and 3pm to 8pm, and on Saturday from 6am to 4pm. Fee of $50 per person - Basketball & Tennis Courts: The courts are available from 6am to 9pm. Please maintain appropriate behavior; roughhousing, loud music, profanity, and inappropriate conduct are strictly prohibited. Security is authorized to remove residents, renters, and guests not adhering to these guidelines. - BBQ grills: The grills must be requested from the administrative office 3 days in advance; $100 down; you get $25 back once grills are returned cleaned. Other things to note - Kitchen Essentials: We've stocked the kitchen with all the necessary essentials to cook up a storm during your stay. - Bathroom Essentials: From fresh towels to basic toiletries, we provide all the essentials you need for a comfortable and convenient bathroom experience.
