Welcome to our cozy cottage, a charming lakefront cottage nestled in the first basin of Lake James, Indiana. This cozy retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort, amazing lake views and family fun! Step onto the deck and take in the breathtaking views of Lake James. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening cocktail, boating, playing games or enjoying a good book, your stay will be just what you need for a relaxing getaway. The space Our 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath cottage offers sleeping for 8. Enter the cottage into the large family room with a sleeper sofa and twin over twin day bed. Also on this level is a full bath and half bath with laundry room. Upstairs you’ll find 2 bedrooms and a full bath. King bed in the smaller room and 2 queens in the larger room. Downstairs from the living room is a well stocked kitchen, seating for 6 at the table and 2 additional bar seats. There is a coffee bar with a keurig duo which offers option of full carafe or single cups. Off of the kitchen you’ll find a 3 seasons room which opens to a large deck with comfortable large sofa and 2 chairs. Docking space for your boat and jet skis. Other things to note Strict no party rule. Please be respectful to our neighbors and honor quiet hours 10pm-8am.
