Room in the Água Verde neighborhood, in Blumenau. Very well located, quiet and safe. It is just 2.5 km from Vila Germânica, and you can walk there. Close to the Center and the companies Philips, Senior, Cremer, Hering, Hemmer and others, as well as the UFSC and Furb universities. The main street has markets, bakeries, a pharmacy and several cafeterias. There is Wi-Fi, a nearby bus stop and easy access to other neighborhoods. The accommodation also has a kitchen and garage, shared if there are other guests. The space The room is located in a family residence, however, it is on the first floor, which is used only by guests, with a private entrance. We offer bedding and bath towels. Guest access There is access to a kitchen, which will be shared if there are other guests, and a bathroom that will be shared only if there is another guest in the next room. It has a laundry room, clothesline to dry clothes and a garage.
