Music City Cottage

A spacious and tranquil space in Nashville, but minutes from downtown Nashville and easy access to Historic Franklin! You pick your adventure! This house is perfect for families and groups. The home sits on 1 acre of land so plenty of room & privacy. It’s important to note- this is my home. Sometimes I’ll be onsite; I can interact as much or as little as you desire; however, ALL the spaces pictured will 100% be privately yours for the stay. Permit #T2024038940 The space This is my personal home and I say that because it will not feel like a hotel; there are pictures of family and books in my shelves… anything in my pantry & fridge you’re welcome to! Please let me know if you have any allergies; I will make sure anything dangerous to you is removed and area cleaned extra carefully! Sometimes I may stay on property but it is a separated, locked off area of the home very separate from you- It has its own private entrance. I will always communicate with you if I plan to be there. I will never enter the main home without your permission. The master bedroom has a King sized bed with remote controlled Adjustable base (the foot/head can raise) and a BEAR support mattress. This bedroom has a private bath with shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds with the comfortable Foam BEAR mattresses. In this room, the closet has another pullout bed (twin) if needed as well as a Pack & Play for any little ones. The third bedroom opens to the living room via sliding glass doors. Privacy for this room is achieved via thick velvet curtains that put closed behind the glass barn doors. The daybed is a twin with the very comfortable BEAR mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped, but let me know if there’s a specific need you have to enjoy your stay. Espresso machine, blender, cookware, ice maker, filtered water - it’s all here. The outside area is equipped with a gas grill, a fire pit, and plenty of seating. I also have workout equipment (Concept 2 Rower, kettlebell, yoga mat, barbell & plates, 14lb medicine ball) you’re welcome to use upon request. The neighborhood is a quiet family friendly, safe area that is nice for walkers and joggers. Guest access You’ll have private, exclusive use of the entire house with the exception of a closed/locked section ( not pictured. ) This is my home so I may access a closed section via a private entrance. I try and vacate the area the whole time the property is occupied. I can be as available as you’d like me to be. Other things to note This is NOT a party house. Please be respectful that this is my home; I am all for fun but if you need a space for a large, loud, and crazy time this is not the place.
