NO PETS, no exceptions. This is a listing for a SHARED space, meaning I will be in the home but we will have our separate private areas. The guest space is on one side of the home and the occupants space is on the other side so there’s great separation. The home is located five minutes from Eastern Michigan University and 15 minutes from the University of Michigan. It’s a very short Uber ride to the historic Depot Town Ypsilanti and just 10 miles from lively downtown Ann Arbor. Guests will have access to the kitchen and laundry if necessary. Guests can park in the driveway. Just note that parking is tandem. No parking allowed on the street. You will have your own privacy and space but if I am there I am very friendly and easy to talk to and don’t mind some chitchat and always happy to answer any questions about the area or make recommendations.
