Some basic rules: - The house is non-smoking, please do not throw your butts in the trash cans of the house or in the garden. - We love our animal friends but they are not allowed in our property. - The furniture must not be moved. - Parties are prohibited. - No outdoor fires. - Any incident, breakage or damage affecting the house, furniture or equipment must be reported as soon as possible - Guests are responsible for replacing broken items. - Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental will be the responsibility of the guests. - Cleaning is included but we ask that you empty the garbage, do the dishes and leave the accommodation tidy as it was when you arrived. - In the event that the keys are not returned or are lost, a complete lock change will be made at your expense. Changing the lock is mandatory to ensure the safety of the accommodation, future guests and owners, and to avoid the risk of break-ins as much as possible.
