Mortimers Farmhouse: King room with new en-suite

Originally constructed in 1462, this Grade II listed thatched farmhouse was completely rebuilt 40 years ago whilst retaining all of its fabulous original features Set just outside the South Downs National Park, it has picturesque views of the local countryside with an extensive network of footpaths and bridleways for walking and horse riding nearby. It is easily accessible to the nearby villages of Fair Oak and Bishops Waltham, a 15 minute drive from Winchester and 25 mins from Southampton. The space I have two king-size bedrooms available, so can sleep up to 4 people at once. The master bedroom (featured in this listing) has a newly renovated en-suite shower room, wardrobe, chest of drawers, Emma mattress, feather duvet and pillows and a TV with Amazon firestick. The bedrooms has shutters and overlooks the back garden and fields. There is plenty of parking on the driveway and a car is recommended for a stay here. There is a wide selection of pubs within a short drive and the golf club next door does good food and is walkable from the house. Other things to note I have 2 goldendoodles, Dexter and Huxley so ideally you like dogs (as they will be excited to have you stay!) This is my home so I will be around and about during your stay.
