Guest access On the morning of your check-in, we'll send you your guest-specific, unique-to-you smart lock code for check-in and use during your stay with us! Other things to note ***KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK*** All guests must be at least 25 years old to book (children with parents are welcome). 10-person Maximum Occupancy at ALL times. No parties allowed. We do not allow pets. You will be charged $300 for each unauthorized pet that is brought into the cabin. No smoking of any kind inside the cabin (no exceptions). If there is evidence of smoking, you will be charged a minimum of $300 for additional cleaning and remediation fees. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/ power outages/acts of God/other things that are beyond our control. Supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry pods are provided as well as a coffee, tea, and amenities packs, etc. However, you may need to buy more for the duration of your stay. You can look forward to peace, quiet, and lots of space during your stay! The cabin is almost always blocked when we host large events over at the lodge across the hilltop. However, if you do see other guests during your stay, it is because we may rent our Grand Lodge for an afternoon or evening event and Deluxe Lodge Rooms on a nightly basis (occasionally) at the same time as your stay. The lodge is across the hilltop (and you cannot even see the lodge rooms from the cabin), and in the unlikely chance there is an event, you shouldn't be inconvenienced by it at the cabin. During your cabin stay, the entire cabin is solely yours, as well as the cabin yard, yard games and cabin amenities, and the expansive meadow it overlooks are truly ample for your enjoyment! There is a good chance that you'll be our only guests enjoying our 27-acre property. MAXIMUM lodging and occupancy for the cabin is 10 guests at all times. If you have a larger group, or if you wish to hold an event/party/special luncheon or dinner at our cabin, in addition to your overnight stay, that must be arranged through our website at evergreengunterhollow or by contacting the owners separately. There are several options, but an Airbnb cabin rental does not include parties. Our Grounds Manager, David, lives on-site in one of our two "tiny cabins" across the expansive lawn and then down the hill. If you see him, though unlikely, feel free to give him a wave - we greatly appreciate the excellent job he does in helping us keep our expansive grounds naturally beautiful!
