The space You are booking the exclusive use of Ty Nain. Downstairs you enter via a small hall way to the fully equipped kitchen, with dining area and extensive view of the garden. Seperate downstairs toilet and utility room with Fridge Freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Beamed lounge with TV and inglenook open fireplace (kindling and one basket of logs provided Oct to April) Further logs can be purchased locally at Machynlleth and Aberdyfi. Conservatory with seating, selection of books and games. Upstairs is a fully fitted bathroom with shower over bath. Bedroom 1 has a Kingsize bed and extensive views of the garden and countryside beyond. Bedroom 2 has one single bed, Bedroom 3 the largest bedroom has a Kingsize bed and vanity unit. Travel cot available on request. Heating is via oil central heating system and open fire. WiFI Provided. Access to the enclosed rear garden is via gate and 2 slate steps, the garden is a wonderful area for children/ dogs to play or to just sit and enjoy the peace after a days walking. Picnic table, Barbeque and chimnea are provided. Dogs are welcome, there is no additional charge, please do not allow them upstairs and they should not be left in the property un-attended. Dog bowls and towels are provided, there is a storage area in the utility for dog bowls, food, treats etc. Dogs should not be let unattended in the garden and please ensure you clean up after them. Pub/restaurant within 1 mile. Shops, cafe's and restaurants within 5 miles at Machynlleth or Aberdyfi. Public transport, bus stop across the road from the property, train stations at Machynlleth and Aberdyfi. Please note due to its age and character property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility as access is via 2 slate steps and access to bedrooms and bathrooms is via staircase from the hall.
