You will have the 1st floor located on the garden level with private terrace (private entrance by outdoor stairs) , 2 bedrooms for 2 people , equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and independent toilet. Towels and bed linen provided #a bathroom with 2 vanities furniture and walk-in shower. #a separate toilet (Important note: There are 2 steps to access bedroom 2 , bathroom and toilet.) # a large living room including: -a equipped kitchen ( oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, NESPRESSO coffee maker and filter coffee maker, storage, dishes ,a little grocery and breakfast essentials) , a dining area with table and stools - a bar with stools - living room with large corner sofa, library, lounge table,TV ( Netflix) - Dining area with table and chairs Outside: The living room of your apartment is on the garden level and gives direct access to the front of the house to your private terrace equipped with table ,armchairs and large umbrella. From the living room you will have direct access to the shared garden behind the house (3 steps) including the SPA ( 5 seats ) and the pool (above ground diameter 6.32 m / depth 1.35 m) . The SPA ( heated to 37°all year round) and the swimming pool (in good season) will be at your disposal free of charge and without prior reservation. We will simply ask you to abide by the terms of use and hygiene indicated upon your arrival. In order to fully enjoy this relaxation area not overlooked ,you will also find sun loungers as well as a garden table and chairs. This back garden is shared with the owners. We will be discreet but if you wish we will be happy to advise you for your outings and visits to our beautiful region (outside of our working hours) . You may come across Blueberry, our 15-year-old kitten who spends her time sleeping and hunting the grasshoppers as well as our friends the squirrels who come to feast on the almonds of our almond tree. We are used to going on vacation with Airbnb , in turn we are happy to share our home and living space with its assets and imperfections . We prioritized simplicity and comfort so that everyone feels comfortable, quiet and close to nature. We count on respect for everyone and mutual trust to make your stay a success for everyone. We have chosen not to take extra cleaning, thank you in advance for your cooperation. Upon request, we can lend you: - steamer / ironing board - raclette machine - Washing machine ( with surcharge ) Guest access The accommodation and outdoors are not suitable for children. Private entrance via external stairs 2 steps to access the night area 3 steps from the living room to access the rear garden including the HOT TUB and pool (to be shared with the owners.) You will have space to park your vehicle inside the property, which is closed by a secure gate. Other things to note For your information, you will have a NESPRESSO coffee machine and a filter coffee maker available in the kitchen. For access to the SPA and pool, bring flip-flops as well as your bath towels.
