Cozy older cottage with brand new kitchen and nice newer annex. The house is very close to a very child-friendly sandy beach. There are good ice cream parlors/coffee/drinks/fast food places within walking distance of the cottage. There's a small grocery store a few minutes from the house. Everything is close to this cottage, which is super nice and convenient. The house is not that big, but it is well furnished. There is a nice outdoor room, and the garden is fenced and has a trampoline. Electricity charges within 500 meters The space In the house there is a new open kitchen with a dishwasher. There is also a dining table that seats 6 people. In the house there is also a room (without a door) where there are two beds. In this room there are games, Donald Duck magazines and other comics. There is a small hallway and a small room with a washing machine as well as a shelf for food. The bathroom and toilet are an extension of this room. The house is small but the space is well utilized. A small outdoor room has been built for the house, so if it's windy or drizzling, you can sit in the shelter and still be outside. The annex is newer and contains a large bunk bed. Only one room in the annex is accessible. The house is only 200 meters from a beautiful child-friendly beach. Close by is also a very cozy ice cream parlor and they make lovely coffee. The house is also close to a small grocery store (2 min. walking distance) and only 10 minutes drive from a larger grocery store.
