Garden house by the creek

A very quiet way to enjoy a few days off in the countryside in a relaxed atmosphere or to stay longer all year round (like BuPol). The cottage is also suitable as a place to work. In a few minutes you are in the center, university, Poland by tram or on foot... You can sit in the garden by the goldfish pond or under the canopy in the rain. There is a large grill and a fire barrel for warming up. Sauna use (€10) possible. The space The cottage can be heated with a wood-burning stove and/or electrically. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The sleeping and living/cooking areas each have an adjustable wall heater. The respective electricity costs are billed separately according to consumption. There is a meter for consumption, which is read at the beginning and end of the rental.
