Thank you ‼️THINGS TO NOTE:‼️ -Malaybalay City’s water supply is intermittent. A rotating schedule of water interruption is implemented but sometimes the schedule is not being followed. Should there be interruption a sufficient water supply in big containers with lid is readily available where you can use for kitchen, toilet & bath needs. -we owned 3 dogs…2 labrador retriever stationed at the back area of our house (with leash & dog house) and 1 american bully stationed near the entrance gate (with leash and dog cage) therefore expect barking sound should they be intimidated by something. -expect soft noise after wee hours from the neighborhood and from the household (family of 3 during weekends; 2 on weekdays). Guest access 🏠 ENTIRE HOME but some parts are SHARED 🛏️ EXCLUSIVE Guest BEDROOM 🚽 Detached Bathroom but dedicated for confirmed guests Shared with the host (family of 3): - Kitchen Area (gas stove, rice cooker, electric kettle, refrigerator, cooking utensils) -Dining Area (dining table & dedicated eating utensils) -Balcony -Living Room ‼️ Confirmed guests share the same main entrance door with the host and her family. Likewise confirmed guests also share the same main entrance gate with 3 other guests should there are confirmed from the host other listing. During your stay When the host is not in the property, you may send her a message for any inquiry or any assistance. Other things to note 1. Only registered guests are allowed in the property. Strictly we don’t allow visitors for this particular listing. We provided limitation as the bedroom unit is inside the host property. Our listing rate posted is for maximum 2 guests (additional 1 guest allowed with a fee). Please keep in mind that adding an extra guest will limit the walking space, so we appreciate your understanding. 2. We do not impose CURFEW HOURS, however please be considerate with the neighbors and household when you enter the house going to your room during wee hours. 3. Lost keys (bedroom & main door keys) is subject to a charge of Php 2,000.00. This is to cover cost for the purchase of new main door lock unit in the same model and its installation fee plus duplication charge of other lost key. 4. Please take extra care after consuming drinks in a breakable bottles, set aside visibly, these are both for our safety and the property. 5. Gated Parking Area is available but for motorcycles only. All types of four wheeled vehicles can be parked just outside the property - street parking. 6. To ensure safety of your valuables and personal belongings, please do not leave it inside your vehicle as the unit owner shall not be held liable for any loss. 7. We can assure you that our property is safe. Gated and all windows are with grills. We are also surrounded by other residences. We have a quiet neighborhood but expect soft noise after wee hours. For extra safety and security kindly lock the barrel bolt of the main gate at all times and don’t forget to lock your bedroom and lock the house main door everytime you leave the property if the host is not around. Leaving any valuables at the property is at your own risk, so we encourage to bring all your valuables everytime you leave the property, as the owner will not be held liable for any loss. 8. We appreciate “Clean As You Go”. 9. Ensure that all water faucet is immediately turned off when there is no water supply due to water interruption, this is to avoid water wastage when the water supply returns if nobody is in the property. 10. Kindly TURN-OFF all electrical appliances/gadgets and unplug from its socket everytime you leave the bedroom. 11. You may refer to our GUIDEBOOK for any emergency contact numbers. Various recommendations also like places to visit and where to dine are mentioned. 12. Our property has a nearby mini-convenience stores, bakeshop, carenderia, pharmacy and auto shop. 13. Just a heads up, there might be occasional power interruptions in our area due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues with the grid. Unfortunately, these are beyond our control, and we don't have a backup generator. We recommend keeping your devices charged and being prepared for such instances.
