This is a beautifully decorated two-story Cottage that boasts of many amenities. This two story home boasts a spacious two car garage and laundry room on the first level that is available for any long-term renter that is of three months or longer. The garage is perfect to store your cruiser or fat tire bikes after a nice ride along the Illinois and Michigan Canal bike path. Don't have your own bikes? You can rent a cruiser or fat tire bike or even an electric golf cart. Not staying for more than 3 months and unit 3B is not needed? Then the completely separate and private entranced second level "3A" is perfect for you as this hosts a living room with sleeper sofa and the perfect chair to relax while you read your favorite book or catch your favorite show on a smart tv. There is plenty of storage space in this fully functioning kitchen. The kitchen hosts stainless steel appliances and is set up with all the cookware and dishware to prepare and serve your favorite meals. Spoon out your favorite dish at the dining table that comfortably seats four inside and the balcony has seats for eight outside. When you get a craving for something grilled, the Harbor has many self-serve grills that are available for you to use at anytime! Ready to rest? The 2nd level also provides two spacious bedrooms with plenty of closet space. Each bedroom has its very own smart tv. The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a double size bed. There is also a pull-out sofa if you need to accommodate up to 6 guests. The bathroom comes with a jetted tub to relax and unwind. House Rules: During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the many downtown bars, where live music is always playing. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our naptime. Also, do not forget to enjoy all the nearby amenities and activities including swimming, beach, fire pits, kayaking, kite flying, trail hiking/walking, bike riding trails, craft beer and wine tasting, zip lining, sky diving, glass blowing, and much more, not to mention the fun you will have just strolling around the Harbor. Also any licensed driver is able to have access to the 6 seater hummer golf cart for an additional $250 per day use. Just let use know if you're interested. $1000 refundable deposit is required for incidentals. Guest access Completely separate and private entrance to entire 2nd level is avail for all renters.
