The total Building Lakshmi Nilayam is running by Platinum Oaks each flat has 1600 sft space with 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms 1 hall and dining place, kitchen with all equipments, Utility and Balcony 3. The flat consists of 1 L.E.D TV with Tata play setup box, 3 Air Conditioners, Free high speed WiFi, fridge, microwave, R.O water purifier, Washing machine, all Kitchen equipment, etc. 4. Secured car parking Lot and lift facility is available and it is 24/7 secured place. We have a humble apartment watchman who can help our guests in needs. He can run small errands such as getting groceries, etc. 5. We can provide cab facility if you needed. 6. Please note that there is a limit of 6 guests in our flat in certain cases we permit upto 2 additional guests and we will provide extra mattress to each additional guests we charge Rs 500 per night. 7.
