Wardrobe, shelves, storage drawers 1 living room 37 m2 with kitchenette, (fridge freezer, rice cooker, gas stove with oven, kettle) cookware and dishes, overlooking the 2 terraces. Separate toilet Sofa bed in living room (120 cm bed) Sea terrace (43 m2) equipped with a table and 4 armchairs and 2 beds. The courtyard terrace (20 m2) is cool, (roof in local material), a few chairs and a coffee table. Access by private external staircase or from inside the house. Guest access Through the interior staircase, access to the reception and then to the living room with reading area on the ground floor that opens onto the terrace dining area. Direct access to the garden and then the beach.
