TROON IS ONLY 15 MILES AWAY AND TAKES LESS THAN 25 MINUTES BY CAR The space This modern and bright apartment is situated on the ground floor and once inside you will find that it is substantially well equipped, providing a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom closely situated beside the bathroom for ease of use. The fully fitted kitchen can be found just off the lounge, (which looks on to the garden and marina) it is well equipped with several appliances including washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. The lounge provides comfortable surroundings and has a wall mounted tv, the room also has patio doors looking onto the marina. Parking is made easy with one allocated parking space and additional visitor parking. We are located just a short walk from the Arran ferry terminal.
