Spanning approximately 35 m² (377 sq. ft.), the house offers you everything you need for a relaxing vacation: a bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom with shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright living area with a sofa bed and a large window facade overlooking the lake and mountains. From the living room, you can go directly out onto the terrace, which has garden furniture and a barbecue – perfect for enjoying the fresh lake air and watching the sunset. The highlight is the private lake access with a small jetty, from which you can jump directly into the water or swim, paddle, and go boating. In the surrounding area, you will find numerous hiking and biking trails, mountain bike tours, golf courses, and cultural highlights such as Landskron Castle and Ossiach Abbey. Here, you can relax and enjoy nature to the fullest.
