Secluded coastal comfort

Brand new centrally heated home located on the cliffs above St Clair. Peaceful and private setting but still only a short drive to central Dunedin. A 10 minute walk down the hill to St Clair cafes and beach (slightly longer for the return journey!). Guest wing has its own separate entrance and is self-contained with kitchenette, lounge, two ensuite bathrooms each with underfloor heating. One bedroom enjoys coastal views and the other will have a garden view once the landscaping is completed. The space This property is not suitable for children. Other things to note St Clair has some awesome restaurants just down the hill so we don't provide any cooking facilities apart from a microwave oven, electric jug and a toaster. Small fridge, plates/utensils, tea/coffee, all supplied within our kitchenette area.
