Large Peisey Chalet – Les Arcs Ski Area – 16 people

Broad Peak is a large family chalet of 210 m² (16 people) completely renovated in 2023, located in the charming little Savoyard hamlet of Moulin, 500 meters from the village of Peisey (1300 m altitude), at the gates of the Vanoise Park and the PARDISKI ski area. Once you arrive at the chalet, you no longer need to take the car because a free shuttle service 150 m from the chalet takes you to the resort via the Peisey village cable car or to the Nordic ski site. The space The ground floor has a large open space with dining room with a large rustic wooden table (12 place settings) & side table (4 place settings), a large living room with wood stove (provided) and an equipped kitchen. The entrance has a large cloakroom closet for storing clothes and shoes. The living room and kitchen overlook the garden, with the possibility of eating outside. The bedroom spaces are very well separated from the living rooms. A first hallway distributes: - a toilet - a 1st bedroom "Pierra Menta" with double bed 140x190 with stunning views of the same Beaufortin summit with a 1st bathroom shower - a 2nd bedroom, called "des Buches" with 3 beds 90x190 (bunk bed + pull-out bed) with a 2nd bathroom with bathtub A 2nd hallway distributes - A large laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and storage for equipment and ski shoes or hiking equipment, bicycle, etc. - A 3rd bedroom, called the "garden" with 3 beds 90x190 and a 3rd bathroom (shower) integrated Upstairs you will find: - A closed living room (ideal for children and teenagers!) - A 4th mezzanine bedroom with 1 mattress bed 140 x 190 and 1 mattress 90 x 190. The mezzanine, secured by a protective net, is not suitable for children under 10 years of age. - A 4th bathroom with shower - An open kitchen, accessible only for studio rental A corridor also giving access to the staircase leading to the ground floor, distributes: - a toilet - a 5th bedroom, called "des lauses" with a double bed 140 x 190 - with a beautiful view of the Nan Benin waterfall - and a 5th integrated bathroom (shower). - a 6th "fir" bedroom is equipped with 3 90 x 190 beds (bunk bed + pull-out bed). The 2nd living room overlooks a large south-facing terrace with magnificent views of the mountains. The chalet is equipped with all the essential appliances of the mountain (raclette, fondue. The municipality of Peisey-Nancroix also has a cross-country skiing site, a biathlon stadium, snowshoeing with many trails, accessible directly from the chalet. In summer, other activities are available: mountain biking, via Ferrata, tree climbing, tennis, shooting, climbing, paragliding. For shops, you have the choice between the hypermarkets of the valley (Super U, Intermarché in Bourg Saint Maurice) or the local shops (supermarket, bakery, cheese factory) in Peisey village, accessible on foot directly from the chalet (500 m). Around the chalet, you will enjoy the calm of the life of the hamlet with its farm a few meters away. Children can have fun safely: sledding, snowman, igloo... and once back, games, books, comics and games are available.
