The space If you're looking for a serene and peaceful stay on SSI, look no further! Views from all windows are full of local flora, and the neighborhood is very quiet. Relax on the porch with your coffee in the morning without seeing any neighbors, or walk around the neighborhood to see kids on bikes, parents walking with strollers, and golfers enjoying the course nearby. The beach is just 10 minutes away with ample parking, restrooms, and showers at East Beach Coast Guard station and Massengale Park. Beach bikes and comfortable office chair are available on request. The villa has 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed and full bathroom. A queen sofa bed and couch can be used for additional guests, but we ask that the number of overnight guests be limited to 7. Pillows, linens and bath towels are provided for each guest. 4 beach towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap, and basic cleaning supplies are provided for guests to use. The full kitchen is stocked with coffee pods, salt, pepper, cooking spray, cooking utensils, pots, pans, mixing bowls, silverware and place settings for 8 adults and 6 children. The fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink and there are adequate smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
