Just 20 steps from the new city elevator “Funicular da Graça) .Situated in the historic Mouraria neighbourhood and smack bang next to the vibrant and cosmopolitan Anjos and Martim Moniz bairros, with a STUNNING window view of downtown Lisbon. It’s walking distance from Alfama, Graça, Castelo de São Jorge, the 28 tram and the historic downtown area and is also well serviced by metro and bus. Within WALKING distance of the area!: 1 min from Miradouro de Graca (the best views and the best hot chocolate!) 5 mins from Martim Moniz metro station (from which you are another 5 mins from Cais do Sodre, 3 mins from Bairro alto and 30 mins from the airport) 6 mins from the tourist trams! 7 mins from Miradouro Senhor do Monte 9 mins from the trendy bars of Intendente and Anjos 10 mins from the tram to Belém (from where in 25 mins you can have a tasty eggy treat while getting your culture\art fix between wines and ginjas!) 11 mins from Alfama, the heart of Fado and Portuguese cuisine 15 mins from Castelo Sao Jorge!! 20 mins from Bairro Alto, the party place to be! 23 mins walking from Cais do Sodre, another party place to be! (also with a fancy food market!) Plus all the normal stuff you’d expect anywhere in Lisbon! Cool bars, cheap supermarkets, unique street art, artisanal fairs, loads of tiles, launderette and more! For those of you who know Lisbon, you will appreciate that you won’t find a better situated house in Lisbon. For those of you who don’t, this is a great place to safely get lost exploring, knowing you’re never too far away from home. Most importantly though, this isn’t some cold generic place to leave your bags and make an Airbnb landlord rich. It’s my house, and I love it! I’m a Portuguese girl opening up my house i really think that even after a couple of days, you will love this home as much as me. I want you to have as great a time in Lisbon as I do, so the house has everything you would have in your own, and then some! Plus I know all the best places to go and I leave a pretty decent (if I say so myself) guide for local things to check out. In addition to this, my ever-burdened boyfriend is on call (while I’m away) to help out with any other problems. Guest access The place! You will have full access to the apartment , which includes a double room, a room with the amazing architecture art with the bunkbed, living room, kitchen and bathroom! It's a friendly space and a home away from your less cool home!
