It is within walking distance of Bellano station with a scenic walk of less than 30 minutes (if you have heavy luggage or a trolley, a taxi is recommended). It has a free and exclusive parking space. It is located on the top floor of a small and quiet newly built condominium surrounded by nature, the only one with independent entrance, lake view in all rooms and two large balconies.
