The space Pouso Vista da Serra is a cozy house with a great structure, located just a 5-minute drive from Tiradentes' Historic Center, in a prime location and with an incredible view of the Serra de São José. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All rooms have ceiling fans, ensuring more comfort during the stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances for your convenience. On the balcony, there is a barbecue, perfect for leisure time. The property has a garage for 1 car. We provide bed and bath linens according to the number of guests informed in the reservation. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, including bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, balcony, barbecue grill, and garage. We only ask that you use the furniture, appliances and utensils carefully, helping to preserve the good condition of the property during the stay. Other things to note – If you use the barbecue, we ask that it be cleaned after use, as well as the collection of garbage. – If you prefer, you can pay an additional fee for the person responsible for cleaning the house to perform this service. – No decorative items or dishes may be removed from the house. – We ask that guests use the furniture, appliances and utensils carefully, helping to preserve the good condition of the house. – We ask that guests do not leave a mess in the house and collect the garbage at the end of the stay. – Please pay attention to the check-in and check-out times. We are flexible whenever possible, but we ask that you let us know in advance. – The wardrobe is NOT available for use, as it is used to store household belongings, such as towels and bedding.
