It has a full kitchen, 600 Mb fiber Wi-Fi, Smart TV, living room-bedroom, heat pump air conditioning and private garden with barbecue. Shared pool with owners and other temporary accommodation for two people. 45 km from Madrid, with excellent access by car and bus, close to supermarkets, hospital, schools and all services. The space Complete and independent accommodation with living room and integrated kitchen, work area and separate bedroom. Fully equipped for temporary stays: teleworking, business, personal or therapeutic transition, special family situations, house hunting or home renovation. No vacation or tourist use. The property does not offer catering or cleaning services. On the property there is another temporary accommodation for two people, "El Nido". Shared pool with owners and other accommodation. LGTBIQ+ friendly. Guest access 9 × 4.5 m pool, with telescopic cover and salt chlorination. Not heated: operational all year round, with a comfortable temperature from May to October. Shared use with the owners and with two people from the other accommodation on the property, El Nido. Other things to note In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, guests must complete the traveler's report prior to arrival. A few days before, a link will be sent to enter personal data and sign the document, which will be automatically sent to the Ministry of the Interior. In compliance with Royal Decree 1312/2024, which implements Regulation (EU) 2024/1018, a temporary lease agreement will be signed upon arrival in accordance with Article 3 of the LAU and a Responsible Declaration indicating the reason for the stay. Tourist, vacation or leisure purposes are not allowed. There are three cats in the house, very affectionate but independent. We do not allow them to access the accommodations, and we ask that you please do not allow them to enter either.
