The apartments are located in the elite residential complex Alliance Palace, in which on the ground floors is a world-class living room Marriot. This is the first coastline! The apartments have a gorgeous panoramic view of the sea, promenade, singing fountains, Justicia, and a new modern recreation area. The infrastructure around is very developed, restaurants, McDonald’s, pharmacies, shops, etc. The space I improved the comfort of the apartment and added a built-in Samsung microwave, a comfortable sofa that folds out, additional decor. The apartment has new Berlong cooking utensils, luminarc dishes, Berlong cutlery, Italian Bormiolli glasses, Manamo satin textiles. Guest access The apartment complex has a swimming pool, spa, gym, which you can use for a fee (paid through the Marriott Hotel, not included in the booking price!).
