Hideaway in the Tramuntana mountains overlooking Palma

Our finca is located on the southern foothills of the Tramuntana mountains on a large property. Just a six-minute drive down the mountain is the small authentic village of Esporles with a small weekly market (Saturdays). From our spacious terraces with saltwater pool, we overlook evergreen hills to the Bay of Palma. Various terraces with seating and a yoga platform with a panoramic view are among the many highlights. Privacy is no problem here, even with eight people! The space The property comprises 3 spacious and one smaller double bedroom, 2 of them on the 2nd floor with en-suite bathrooms and sensational views. The lower bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub and a washer/dryer. In addition, there is an outdoor shower with hot water (and sea views) and a separate toilet on the way to the pool area. There, the morning shower is a real highlight! The property is absolutely secluded and spacious. Both outside and inside there are spacious kitchens and large dining tables. In the living room with tiled stove, which is heated with wood from our property, it is also cozy on cooler evenings. A screen and projector as well as a portable Bluetooth speaker are also available. In front of the house is a petanque court. Balls are of course available to you! Guest access The villa and outdoor areas, including carport are at your disposal. Hilights - Saltwater pool (heated with a heat pump for the transitional periods) with sea views and sunbathing areas - Yoga platform with sea view - Lounge area in front of the house - Outdoor kitchen - Large outdoor dining areas - Pétanque court with sea view - Warm outdoor shower with sea view - Separate toilet in the outdoor area Other things to note First things first: - Between May and October, open fire is prohibited! - Water must be supplied weekly in summer Please use it sparingly! The fenced area is terraced and therefore not suitable for small children; but from 10 years a real adventure playground. We recommend renting a slightly higher car, e.g. Mini SUV/SUV. The roads on Mallorca are not the best and the journey is then more relaxed (although taxis can come up without problems). Since our finca is not in the city area, the waste must be brought to Punta Verde! This is located opposite the gas station, i.e. on the way to Palma at the town exit/Esporles. Strict waste separation: - For this we have a three-chamber waste system as well as an extra container for paper and glass. - The organic waste is disposed of in light bags. Here there must be very little used paper in it. --Green bags for used paper (also from the bathrooms) go in the middle of the container - Plastic and aluminum on the right. We're sorry it's so complicated here, but dropping off mixed waste is almost impossible and costs a penalty fee, so we ask you to strictly adhere to this rule! At the pool: - Please shower first, then go in the pool and only then apply sunscreen! Otherwise the sensitive pool technology cannot comply. - The salt water makes the skin velvety, so showering after swimming is not necessary! - In the basket you will find plastic glasses, pillows and pool towels at your disposal! Please no take glasses made of glass to the pool, so that no one can get hurt here, even barefoot! Kitchen, dining area inside and outside: - Please make sure that no food remains and no crumbs lying around. Otherwise, ants will come in droves! - At the sink you will find a small faucet with drinking water through an osmosis system; you don't need to carry plastic bottles! Bedroom s: - Please only open the windows that have nets! - The room ceilings are insulated, so it's enough if you turn on the air conditioning an hour before bedtime before going to bed! Please turn it off in the morning and ventilate the rooms, thank you! Living room: - At the teak dining table, please always use coasters for the water glasses! - In the basket is a projector with all the necessary cables, in the corner a screen, so you can stream whatever you want! - You won't need the tiled stove in the summer In the rest of the time, please note: The principle of the tiled stove is completely different than with the fireplace: The ash is never completely removed, it is part of the heating power, so always leave the floor covered with ash! Fire is made in the morning, let it burn for about 1.5 hours and the oxygen supply completely (lever to the left until it stops). Only then will the oven get warm and the radiant heat lasts 12 hours.
