The studio contains a main room with an equipped kitchen, a seating area that overlooks a terrace and a common garden with the other two studios, and a bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower, a cabinet with a sink and toilet. The sofa in the main room can be converted into a single bed. On the mezzanine floor, there is a double bed, two coffee tables and a wardrobe. A miller's ladder leads upstairs where there is a double bed with two coffee tables and a wardrobe.
