This charming, comfortable, and well-equipped cottage will offer you a relaxing vacation in a natural and peaceful environment, just 700 meters from our beautiful sandy beach. It has 2 cabin-style bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single bunk beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. The main room and dining room is a very nice and bright living room. It is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a wood-burning stove, and a flat-screen smart TV. The space Our house is at the base of an ALTIC mountain chalet from the '70s, with a vintage period look, completely renovated, isolated and enlarged in 2022, comfortable for your short or long stays, it has been enlarged with a spacious "living room - dining room" veranda that offers significant brightness and beautiful view on the pretty garden. It is perfect for 4 people, including for long-term stays, and it is okay for 6 people, but we recommend it for short stays. The bedrooms area is composed of: - A small cabin room with 140*190cm bed, (bedroom 1 in the photos), full bedding provided regardless of the length of your stay, - One small cabin bedroom for 2 children, with bunk beds (bedroom 2 in the photos), bedding included, - A living room/entrance area (Bedroom 3 in the photos) with a sofa that can be converted into a 140 x 190 cm double bed; please note that this bed is intended as a backup option or for a short stay. For long stays, we recommend coming with 4 people. 6 people is possible, but there will be less privacy. Bath towels are available upon request for €5 per person, payable on-site. Exit cleaning is not included in the rental price. We assume that you will make the chalet as clean as you found it on arrival. There is a Dyson vacuum cleaner (you have to charge it -> blue light), sweep brooms and shovel, an H2O mop and all the necessary products. If you don't want to clean specify when booking and we will do it for an additional €80 and payable on site. Please let us know what you need. The kitchen is well equipped and through. There is a traditional coffee maker and also a Senséo coffee maker. The bathroom is small but functional, shower, sink, toilet and storage. It was completely renovated in 2022. The hot water tank is 100 liters, it is more than enough for 2 to 4 people, but if you come with 6 we invite you to stagger showers and/or be quick☺ The main room of the accommodation is our beautiful 20 m² veranda, it is a "living-dining room" and very bright and pleasant living room (well equipped: table and 6 chairs, connected TV, internet box, very pleasant pellet stove in winter!, sofa, board games...). In case of a strong heat wave we will install air conditioning on request. It overlooks the terrace and garden + pétanque court. About the stove: please do not put anything on it under any circumstances and do not leave anything near it. In case of damage you would be responsible. In the garden, you will find 2 terraces to make the most of the sunshine (one facing east and one facing south), a garden table and 6 chairs, 2 armchairs, and a pétanque court; we provide the pétanque balls (6 complete sets are in the cottage). We provide a barbecue, but it is forbidden to use it in July and August because of the risks in the forest. Our cottage is in a hamlet, it is a small family condominium and very quiet. This is an asset of this beautiful and wooded site. We ask our tenants to respect this and to not make noise between 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. Parties are prohibited. The accommodation is strictly non-smoking. In the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning/works/repair fee. Guest access You'll have access to the entire home, garden and garden shed. Other things to note Animals are our friends, and we gladly accept them. However, we ask owners to be extra vigilant... Indeed, we have a very clean house, and a well-maintained garden, we would not like animals to scratch or dig up the plants, to relieve themselves in the flower beds, to damage the house or to sleep on the beds, hair is difficult to remove from the bedding, and we can also accommodate people with allergies, so please take this into account when booking.
