Small but practical and cozy, it was a dorm apartment that was renovated and transformed into two dorms, so the dorms are small but complete, offering everything necessary for an excellent stay. Guest access The building offers rotating parking that is in a space behind the building, but it is on the street. The enclosed garage with an electronic gate is two blocks away, with easy access and total security. Other things to note • Quiet hours: from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. • For your safety and that of all the inhabitants of the Building, when leaving and entering the building, make sure that the access gate has been locked and, after 9 p.m., locked with a key. • Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
