T3 Souplex in the heart of Giens.

My sons and I offer our accommodation during the holidays so that we can improve it even more. It is ideally located in the heart of the Giens peninsula, a 15-minute walk to Badine beach on one side, Almanarre beach on the other, a 5-minute walk to the village of Giens, beautiful coves, not far from the pier to Porquerolles. Looking forward to welcoming you to our little paradise. The space The accommodation is a 2-bedroom in Souplex. You enter on the first floor (no elevator) into the living room/kitchen + small balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, oven, induction stove, toaster, kettle, dishwasher. A Dolce Gusto coffee maker will also be available. The living room sofa is convertible with the Rapido system. The balcony is nice, with a small view of the salt marshes and pink flamingos! You access the lower floor via a small staircase. You will find 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Guest access The residence is quiet, the building entrance is secured by a badge. With the accommodation, you benefit from a private numbered parking space located just below the balcony. Other things to note Please respect the premises, especially since it is our year-round home, and we have made a lot of effort to be able to buy it and make it pleasant 🙏 We hope you feel very well during your stay.
