Welcome to Tiny Timbers! A very unique and fun place to stay in Columbia. Brand new basement apartment with its own entry and style for miles. The kitchen is efficient and well equipped. 1 Bedroom with another full size bed in the office. Great bathroom with an awesome shower. Media room with 65" LG Television with Wi-Fi connectivity to stream apps. 1 Gig Internet. Best for guests 5'10" and under due to low headroom. Open joist ceiling throughout that is painted black to disappear. Guest access Guests will have use of the entire basement apartment and the patio outside the front door to the unit. If the main house is not occupied, please feel free to use the yard and fire pit. If the main house is occupied, those guests have priority access to the driveway. Street parking available in front of the house. Other things to note Please no smoking indoors and dispose of any trash. The house is on a septic system, so please put food scraps in the trash and nothing other than toilet paper in the toilets. Thank you!
