The space The studio features a comfortable double bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. A dedicated workspace is available for business travelers or those needing to stay productive. The bathroom includes a bathtub for relaxation, along with essential amenities like a microwave, a mini fridge, and a coffee maker, ensuring your stay is hassle-free. Enjoy the opportunity to socialize and exchange stories with fellow travelers in the shared living area, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Guest access Guests have full access to two key areas during their stay. You can enjoy your private studio unit, which includes your own bathroom for complete privacy and comfort. In addition, feel free to relax and socialize in the shared lobby area, which serves as a common living room space for all guests. This area is perfect for lounging, reading, or just unwinding during your stay. Other things to note We want to make your experience as smooth as possible, so please note that after booking, you might receive a pre-check-in process via SMS. This serves as a guidebook with important information to help make your check-in and stay more comfortable. For early check-in or late checkout requests, please note that they are subject to availability. If feasible, there is a fee of $20 per hour for early check-in and $20 per hour for late checkout. Gym & Game Room: Both are located on the first floor, in the room next to the elevator. Hours: Open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Rooftop Access: Available to all guests. Take the elevator to the 4th floor, walk through the hallway to the back stairs, then go up one more flight; or use the back stairwell directly from your floor to reach the rooftop. Parking Information: While we don't have dedicated parking on the property, street parking is typically available in the neighborhood. However, I do want to kindly remind you to be careful not to block any driveways, as neighbors have recently raised concerns about this. It’s important to respect the neighbors and their property.
