Kindly keep the area clean and dispose of cigarette butts properly. 4. No shoes or slippers inside the house. Please remove all footwear at the porch before entering to maintain cleanliness and respect local customs. 5. No pets allowed. For hygiene reasons and guest comfort, animals are not permitted anywhere in the property. 6. No parties, loud noises, or public disturbances. This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise levels down at all times. 7. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Kindly minimise noise during this period, especially in outdoor areas. 8. Use water responsibly. Conserve water when showering or performing ablution (wudhu). Turn off taps after use. 9. Dispose of rubbish properly. Use the bins provided and keep the premises clean. Separate food waste when possible. 10. No criminal or illegal activities. Any acts violating Malaysian law (including drug use, gambling, or immoral behaviour) will be reported to authorities and may result in immediate eviction without refund. 11. Prayer-friendly amenities available. Prayer mats (sejadah) and Qibla direction are provided for Muslim guests. 12. Cleanliness is our priority. Air conditioners and fans are checked regularly. Basic cleaning is done after every stay, including full linen and blanket changes. Major servicing (e.g. cobweb cleaning, deep sanitisation) is scheduled every 2–3 months.
