Guests have access to the entire property, ensuring a full experience of tranquility and nature. Other things to note Please Note You're in a Tropical Paradise 🌿 Costa Rica's tropical climate is home to a wide variety of insects, lizards, rodents, and reptiles. While we have a strict pest control plan in place to keep these visitors outside the home, it’s important to understand that occasional encounters with local wildlife are part of the natural experience and do not constitute a breach of the rental policy. We appreciate your understanding as you embrace the beauty of this vibrant ecosystem. POOL MAINTENANCE 🧼 The pool is cleaned every Tuesday and Friday. Please note: the maintenance team will require access to the house on these days. ACCESS & SECURITY 🚗 While a 4x4 vehicle is not required, an all-wheel drive is recommended, especially during the rainy season, for a smoother experience. 🔐 The property is is gated with security at the entrance. IMPORTANT TO CONSIDER Being located in the mountains, power outages can occur from time to time due to falling branches or other weather-related issues. Additionally, the local water supply comes from nearby springs, which can occasionally experience interruptions. We kindly ask guests to keep this in mind as part of the rural and natural experience of staying in this beautiful area.
